Yes. Coaching Some Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry organization. All gifts are tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law. You will receive a giving receipt for your records.
Your gift goes into the CSI Scholarship Fund. When a Christian leader applies for a coaching scholarship and is accepted, their program — whether a 90-Day Coaching Sprint, VIP coaching sessions, or a Mastermind cohort seat — is funded directly from that pool. We match donors' generosity with leaders who are genuinely ready to do the work.
You can designate your gift toward a specific program — a Sprint scholarship, a Mastermind seat, or VIP coaching. If you have a specific leader in mind who has expressed interest, contact us directly, and we'll walk you through how designated giving works.
We take stewardship seriously. Scholarship recipients are vetted through an honest application process. We track and share impact stories — with the leader's permission — so donors can see the fruit of their giving. This is not a transaction. It is a kingdom investment, and we treat it that way.
Coaching Some Inc. is the donor-supported 501(c)(3) ministry arm. Awesome Life Coaching LLC is a fee-based coaching platform. Phil and Sandy Johnson founded both. They share the same frameworks, the same coach, and the same mission — the difference is access. ALC serves leaders who can invest at full price. CSI serves leaders who cannot yet. Your donation makes that second table possible.
You can give a one-time gift of any amount, set up a recurring monthly gift to sustain the scholarship fund long-term, or sponsor a full program — a 90-Day Sprint scholarship is $1,500, a Mastermind seat is $9,000. Every level matters. Even a monthly gift of $50 builds toward a leader's breakthrough over time.
Coaching Some Inc. exists for Christian leaders — pastors, ministry founders, nonprofit executives, entrepreneurs, and others in high-responsibility roles — who recognize they need a trusted guide but face a genuine financial barrier right now. We look for leaders who are serious, coachable, and ready to do the work. Financial need alone isn't the only criteria; readiness matters too.
The process starts with an honest, straightforward application. You'll share a bit about your leadership role, what you're facing, why you're seeking a scholarship, and which program you're hoping to access. If your application is a strong match for available funding, we'll schedule a Clarity Reset Conversation — a confidential 45-minute call — as the next step.
Yes. The coaching itself — the frameworks, the depth, the sessions, the access to Phil — is the same. The scholarship covers what you cannot afford right now. There is no lesser version of the work here.
Completely. Your application, your story, and everything shared in coaching is held in strict confidence. High-capacity leaders often carry weight they have never named out loud to anyone. This is a safe space to be honest. We do not share names, situations, or details without explicit permission.
Depending on available funding, a scholarship may cover a Clarity Reset Conversation (always free regardless), a 90-Day Coaching Sprint, select VIP coaching sessions, or consideration for a Mastermind cohort seat. Availability is tied to the current state of the scholarship fund, so donor generosity directly shapes what we can offer.
Apply anyway. Most leaders who need this feel exactly that way. Asking for support when you are the one who usually carries others is its own kind of courage. The application is not a judgment. It is a conversation starter. The worst that happens is we point you to the next right step, even if that step isn't a scholarship right now.
